MOVING UP AND GRADUATION CEREMONY 2023

EMCEE SCRIPT

AMALIA: A pleasant morning to one and all. It gives us immense pleasure to welcome you all to the
completion ceremony.

ROMEDA: This is a much-awaited event in every student’s lives, as it gives the returns to the efforts put in
by the students throughout their academic endeavor.

AMALIA: Today is indeed a day that is full of joy, the day about pride and accomplishments, the day that
even the pandemic cannot stop our celebration.

ROMEDA: Ladies and gentlemen, welcome to the 2023 Kindergarten Moving-Up and Graduation
Ceremonies with the theme (K to 12 Graduates: Molded through a Resilient Educational Foundation)”

Processional (with background music)


AMALIA: Everybody is requested to stand for the entrance of the colours.

ROMEDA: And now, the Processional March! With pride and honor, let us all welcome the Candidates for
Graduation/Completion with their parents.

AMALIA: Let us welcome the stakeholders in education-PTA Officials, Barangay Officials and the DepEd
Officials.

ROMEDA: Let us give a glad hand to the pillars of this institution, the faculty and staff of NAPALISAN
ELEMENTARY SCHOOL, together with the honored guest.

II-III. Opening Prayer and National Anthem


ROMEDA: To formally start the program. We would like to request everyone to please rise for our
Invocation to be led by RUBIE S. ORCALES to be followed by the singing of the Philippine
National Anthem to be conducted by our ever-gorgeous adviser of Grade 4 & 5 none other
Ma’am RUTH S. YRIGAN.

- Please be seated.

IV. Presentation of the Candidates for Moving Up and Graduation


AMALIA: And now the most significant moment in every graduation ceremony has come. May we call on
our very supportive, and indefatigable head of school sir LEO M. AMIT for the presentation of
candidates for graduation and completion. This is to be followed by the acceptance by our
Active Public Schools District Supervisor________________, and the confirmation and
attestation, that is on behalf of the schools division superintendent, ________________ will do
the honor.
SIR LEO: Good Morning! I have the honor to present to you the candidates for graduation of
Napalisan Elementary School this school year 2022-2023, composed of 8 boys and 15 girls with a
total of 23.

While the Completers for Moving Up is composed of 11 boys and 10 girls with a total of 21.

I hereby petition the office of the District Supervisor to certify the completion of the requirements of
these candidates.

IV. Confirmation of Candidates for Graduation


(To do the honors of confirmation, may we request our active representative of School Division

V. Introduction of the Guest Speaker


ROMEDA: Today’s affair is being graced by a special woman who will in a minute deliver her words of
wisdom to our graduates and to their parents as well. To get to know more of her, now, we call on the
stage our very own MRS. JESABEL R. AMIT to do the honors in introducing our unbeatable Guest
Speaker.

- Thank you, MS. MERIAM P. VILLARIN, for being a catalyst in inspiring the graduates!

VI. Message of the Guest Speaker


ROMEDA:

To express our gratitude, may we call our school Head sir Leo Amit, and the school head of
______________ elementary school _________________ to present the certificate of
recognition and token to our guest speaker. Let me first read the citation.

Same certificate of recognition will be given to our very own school head of
__________________ Elementary School ______________________ as our deped authorized
representative.
VII. Distributions of Diploma of the Graduates
AMALIA: Dear graduates, the moment you have been waiting for has finally come. The fruit of hard work
and discipline will finally be reaped. You will now be receiving your prized diploma, a symbol of
accomplishment. May I request the school head of ________________ elementary school
_________________ and also the school head of Napalisan Elementary school sir Leo Amit and
together with our Guest speaker Ms. Meriam P. Villarin for the distribution of diploma to the
candidates and completers and personally congratulate them after they’ve received it. Please be

IX. Awarding of Medals to honor Graduates and Completers


ROMEDA: And now for most awaited part of our programme, after four years of hard work and
dedication, graduates, it is about time to reward your commitment towards education. Reap the fruits
of your labor. So, to do the honors of the distribution of medals and certificates to the graduates with
distinction and special awards, may we have on the stage once more, the authorized representative of
the school’s division superintendent, __________________ to be assisted by Sir Leo Amit, School
head of Napalisan elementary school and also with our Guest Speaker Meriam Villarin. And may I also
request the parents to accompany your child as they receive the award.

ROMEDA: May I now call on CHRISTIAN JULES C. DOMINGO to lead his fellow graduates in reciting
the Pledge of Loyalty. Graduates, please stand.

Pledge of Loyalty
We, the graduates of Napalisan Elementary School, do hereby solemnly
pledge our infinite loyalty to her ideals, uphold standard and endeavor to perform
our duty to God and our country, and to render service to the best of our ability to
our fellowmen. For in doing so, we shall make ourselves worthy sons and
daughters of our beloved Alma Mater.

XII. Recessional
AMALIA: Graduates and Completers, be bold, courageous, and be your best. Your journey is never-
ending. There’s always going to be growth, improvement, and adversity; you’ve just got to take it all in and
do what’s right, continue to grow, and continue to live in the moment. To dream high is like reaching for
the stars. Wherever you go, go with all your heart. If opportunity doesn’t knock, build a door so that
success will come to you. Face the challenges confidently and be positive in overcoming them.
