INSTRUCTIONS TO CANDIDATES
1. This admit card along with College Identity Card must be brought on each day of Examination and be shown to Invigilators/Officers on demand.
2. The reporting time for the candidate at the centre is half an hour before the commencement of the examination.Candidates will be allowed to enter the Examination Hall/
Room only 20 minutes before the commencement and will not be permitted to leave before the expiry of 2 hours and also not allowed to leave the Examination hall/Room
during the last 20 minutes.
3. No candidate shall be allowed to enter the Examination Hall/Room after beginning of the exam.
4. In case this admission card is lost, a Duplicate Card can be obtained from AKU,Patna on recommendation of the Director/Principal of the concerned Institute after
payment of prescribed fee.
5. Any electronic gadgets/appliances viz,Mobile Phone/Pagers/Calculator)if not permitted under regulation) and any other unfair means etc. are not allowed during
examination. Violation of the same shall be dealt under the Bihar conduct of examination rules, The candidates are warned not to bring such things to the examination, as
centre will not be responsible for its security.
6. Candidates are advised to see the location of examination centre atleast one day before the commencement of Exam.
7. Candidates are directed to see the date sheet carefully and appear in the exam accordingly.
8. Candidates are directed to carry their own examination material i.e.pen,pencil,eraser,scale etc.
9. In case of walk-out or stay-out or cancellation of examination due to any disturbance created at the centre, for which the examinees are responsible or in case of
cancellation of examination due to mass scale use of unfairments by examinees there shall be no re-examination. The candidate concerned may be permitted to appear in
the paper or papers concerned at the next succeeding examination on payment of prescribed fee.
10. If any candidate found using unfairmeans and malpratices during the examination shall be liable for punishment as per UNFAIRMEANS rules of the University, (The
candidate is suggested to visit our website www.akubihar.ac.in for unfairmeans rules and procedure).
11. The Answer book shall be preserved for one year from the date of publication of result
12. Any Examinee desired to take his/her Evaluated Answer Book through RTI should apply within One year from the date of publication of result.
