Viewer is a free, standalone RPT file viewer that allows you to open, view, and explore interactive reports straight from your desktop. Whether you work online or offline, you can create and save customized views of the data without the need for a report designer or report engine. Using the SAP Crystal Reports Viewer, you can explore reports interactively in order to reduce the number of reports needed, capture essential information by saving customized views, easily share your reports with co-workers, refresh reports hosted on SAP BusinessObjects servers, and explore RPT files on Windows and Macs.

Navigate to the SAP BusinessObjects tab then select "All Products". Filter the list with release SAP Crystal Reports Viewer 2011 to list all guides available for this release.

License Keys For most SAP BusinessObjects software an activation key is required. Temporary keys are available on your SAP Service Marketplace account http://service.sap.com/support -> Keys & Requests, where you will find the options to obtain a SAP BusinessObjects temporary license key or to request a permanent license key.

At the bottom of the Keys & Requests page on SAP Service Marketplace you find the tab 'SAP BusinessObjects Spotlights' which contains important information about the SAP BusinessObjects keys and the links to documents which have the instructions on how to obtain permanent keys.
