Armaflex Tuffcoat Application Guide

1. Armaflex Tuffcoat is Armaflex material laminated with a tough PVC film, requiring more segmented bends and t-pieces. It can be installed outdoors and protected from weather, impacts, and birds. 2. Armaflex Adhesive 520 is specially developed to bond Armaflex and joins surfaces reliably at temperatures up to 105°C. 3. When installing, surfaces must be clean, dry, and free of contaminants. Apply adhesive thinly and evenly to surfaces and allow 3-10 minutes tack time before joining.
