OUTCOME BASED EDUCATION

• At the end of this module, YOU should be able to:


– Interpret the working principles and performance
characteristics of DC machines. (C3, PLO2)
– Analyse the concepts of AC Circuits, and the
working principles and performance
characteristics of AC machines. (C4, PLO2)
– Conduct experiments on DC Motors and
Transformers to verify their characteristics. (P4,
PLO5)

• Total Learning Hours: 160 hours
– Lecture: 1 time 2.5 hours per week (12 weeks)*

– Proper attire in accordance with APU dress-

– No speaking of dialects.
– Attendance is compulsory and valid medical
certificates or letters from parents /guardians
must support any absence from class.
– Three lateness will be equal to one absence.
– All mobile phones should be turned off during
lectures.
