Dear Sir, Under the instructions and on behalf of my client K-2 VENTURES and after perusing the record placed before me, I hereby serve you with the following legal notice & further address you as under- 1. That you the address and my client are having business transactions since long and you used to purchase goods from my client. 2. That as per the ledger from the 1-04-2022 to 31-03-2023, you the addressee have purchased goodsworth a total of Rs. 1,81, 631 /- and has been making part payments from time to time. A sum of Rs. 46, 960/- (Rs. Forty six thousand nine hundred sixty only) is still pending to be paid by you since 2-07-2022. 3. That my client contacted you and demanded his payment several times but you have been delaying the payment on one pretext or the other. You have also stopped purchasing the goods since then. 4. That by not making the payment of my client you addressee have committed a criminal wrong punishable under section 420 of IPC. So you the addressee is therefore, called upon through this legal notice to make the payment of Rs. 46, 960/- (Rs. Forty six thousand nine hundred sixty only) along-with 18% interest PA from 2-07-2022 till its full and final realization within the stipulated period of fifteen days from the receipt of this notice failing which my client will be constrained to seek both civil and criminal legal remedy in the competent court of law. In such eventuality you shall be further held liable for all the costs and damages suffered by my client in this litigation. You are also directed to pay Rs. 5500/- as the cost of this legal notice to my client.
