Examine uprights for: paint work, rust, damage etc. Examined all bearings, rollers, chains. Examine all hydraulic cylinders, pins, lock plates, etc. Examine controls Examine engine and gearbox and check no oil leaks Examine all electrical cables for isolation, secure. Examine checked all electrical lights work, safety and head lights etc. Examine catwalks and hand railings for damages, deformation, paintwork, etc. Examine End carriages for cracks & damages Examine examine and test all forklift brakes as per spec. etc. Examine all forks, hooks, bullnose, and attachments Examine check all load cell or static weight calibration certificates are still valid.
