Instruction Guide

1. Visit www.gmail.com in any browser, and you'll be prompted to sign in.


Enter your username to access your email account, then click “next”.

2. After clicking the forgot password button, you will be asked to enter
your registered mobile number or personal email address. Click "next"
and wait for the code to be sent to your registered personal email or
mobile number.

3. When the code is received, type it into the window and click next. You'll
be sent to the page where you can change your password. Once
finished, click "save password”.

Important Note:
Please ensure that the personal email address and cell phone number you
provided during enrollment are active and yours.
