WHAT IS THE AWARDS

PROGRAMME ABOUT?
The Asian Technology Excellence Awards is the most prestigious awards
programme in the region dedicated to digital projects and technological
innovations. It aims to recognise exceptional companies that are riding
the digital disruption wave and leading the technological revolution and
digital transformation journeys in their respective industries.

Running in 50 countries, the programme is on the lookout for exceptional

and unique technology projects of outstanding companies in Asia.

PROGRAMME ABOUT?
The awards will be given on a country-level basis as part of the umbrella
Technology Excellence Awards programme with separate local runs in
Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong, and the Middle East. Companies with offices
in Asia outside of these regions make up the Asian Technology Excellence
Awards. There will be one winner per tech category and its corresponding
industry for each country.

Companies in the following industries are not eligible to join the

awards programme: cryptocurrency, tobacco, multilevel marketing,
and products with claim of health benefits.
WHAT CAN YOU NOMINATE?
Companies may nominate any recent successful, innovative tech
projects, digital services, re-imagined strategies, and technological
initiatives.

The project must be launched or had upgrades, in part or in full, over

the last 24 calendar months.

The panel of judges consists of technology industry experts from the top
accounting firms in Asia.

Nominations will be deliberated based on the following judging criteria:

Uniqueness & Innovation - Did the project introduce new or cutting-edge

innovation?

Effectiveness & Impact - Did the project achieve its objectives and targets
and what measures have been used to assess its success? What was the
impact on your company and industry? If the project is a solution
provided for a client, what is the overall feedback of your client?

Dynamism - Is the strategy, project, service or product flexible to changes

and progressive opportunities?

Prepare a 500-word write-up about the project/product that you are

nominating. Make sure that it answers the following questions:

What new or cutting-edge innovation did the project introduce?

What were the project’s objectives and targets? Were they successfully
achieved?
What measures have been used to assess its success?
What was the impact on your company and industry?
If the project is a solution provided for a client, what is the overall feedback
of your client?
How is the project flexible to changes and progressive opportunities?

Go to the online nomination form and read the guidelines.

Fill out the required fields.
- Company and entrant details
- Chosen categories
- Project title
- Project details (in 500 words)
- Key achievements
- Client testimonials (optional)
- Chosen winner's package
Submit three (3) project photos and supporting documents by email.
Once you're done, you will receive an email confirmation of your nomination.
WHAT IS A SUPPORTING DOCUMENT?
A supporting document is a great way to provide additional information and context to
supplement your 500-word write-up. It can include relevant details that can help demonstrate
your achievements.

By including a supporting document, nominees can give the judges a more complete picture of
their strengths and capabilities, as well as help make a stronger case for why they should be
chosen to receive a prestigious recognition.

Here are some samples of supporting documents that you can submit along with your entry:

Nomination is free of charge. If you win, you are obliged to proceed booking
