This lesson plan aims to teach students about the four types of speech context: intrapersonal, interpersonal, public, and mass media. Students will look at pictures and describe them to understand human interaction. They will then discuss the differences between the speech contexts and provide examples of each in a chart. To assess understanding, students will identify the speech context applied in various situations. For homework, students will create a comic strip applying one of the speech contexts.
