There is a small chance of bluescreening. But this list worked for most people.

This list was made for W10 1709. I don't know if this works for windows versions
older or newer.

ahcache - Application Compatibility Cache / Breaks Settings App

AmdPPM - It is the same as IntelPPM. This will disable C-states as well. If you
disable this then also disable the "Processor" driver.
If you lose fps or gain in latency then enable Processor and AmdPPM.

amdsata - I am unsure if this can be disabled on an AMD cpu, don't disable on an

AMD cpu unless you're ready to reinstall

fvevol - BitLocker Drive Encryption Driver / Disabling this will give you a
bluescreen. There is a way to disable it without bluescreening:
go to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Class\{71A27CDD-812A-
11D0-BEC7-08002BE2092F} and delete LowerFilters
go to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\fvevol , set error
control to 0 and start to 4
MSConfig won't work after disabling.
GpuEnergyDrv - GPU Energy Driver
i8042prt - PS/2 Keyboard and Mouse Port Driver / Needed for PS2 Keyboards and Mice.
