Where To Download The SAP GUI

Downloading the GUI files is a simple first step in the overall installation process. The download files
tend to be very large (1+ GB) and you have several options where to download the files from:

1. SAP Support Website


The GUI can be downloaded from SAP’s support portal at https://support.sap.com – however,
you need an S-User ID to access this content. S-User IDs are available for SAP customers and
partners only.

2. Your Company
If you work for a company that uses SAP you can contact your SAP Basis or System Administrator
and ask him/her to provide you with a download link for the GUI files.

3. Michael Management
If you sign up for our SAP access subscription service you will be able to login to real SAP
systems and play around as much as you like. And, of course, we will provide the GUI download
files as well as regular GUI updates, patches and hotfixes to you. Subscriptions start at
