Following all the steps, I get 
failed to activate SoftLogix5800: No activations avaialble. 
Joined: 03 Dec 2014
All configured controllers have been removed from the chasis.

If you need assistance....... 

Note: I changed with XVI32 address offset of the 3 files 
I need any help. Thanks

You must replace the files at: C:\Program Files\Rockwell Automation\SoftLogix5800

I'm facing the same problem as you Norvator,

Thanks for the response my friend but I have the same problem: 
I mention what I did : 

1.­I inserted your 3 files 
RSSL5K32.dll 
SLChassisMon.exe 
ftastub.dll 

2.­Then I stopped FactoryTalk Activation Service: 
I wrote in CMD: 
sc stop "FactoryTalk Activation Service" 
sc config "FactoryTalk Activation Service" start= disabled 

3.­After that I include in ftasystem.lic 

# Rockwell Automation License File 
# Copyright (C) 2003­2010 All Rights Reserved 

SERVER this_host ANY 
USE_SERVER 
VENDOR flexsvr 

FEATURE SftLgx58.60 flexsvr 1.0 permanent 10 VENDOR_STRING=9999999 \

still appears activation fails, I tried restarting the pc and nothing.

Im having same error, done all that is told in posts , any one help ?

And make sure to make a backup of your flexsvr.exe and ftacommon.dll files if you have a
legitimate license from a concurrent license server that you're using.
