Declaration of consent regarding the processing of personal data

of the contract, by this declaration I express my consent freely, in full knowledge of the facts
and to
object, for the following purposes of personal data processing:
A.YES / NO - I agree to the processing of personal data for commercial communications of
agency (tourist offers)
B.YES / NO - I agree with the processing of personal data for newsletters (news,
various information about the agency's activity)
C.YES / NO - As the holder of his / her parental authority / authority, I agree with
processing of personal data (name, surname, date of birth) of my child / children who have
age under 16, mentioned in the reservation, necessary for the execution of the contract. (point C
is mandatory
in order to make the reservation).
. I have taken note that, if I have agreed to points A and B, my data and a
persons mentioned in the reservation, name, surname, email address, will be able to process after
execution of the contract until 31.12.2022.. I acknowledge that I may withdraw my consent to
points A and B at any time by
request sent to e-mail [email protected]
. I am informed that, if I do not agree with points A and B, any personal data will be
removed from the Agency's marketing database.
. The Agency assured me that it complies with the new rules imposed by the provisions of
Regulation (EU) 2016/679 with
regarding the protection of personal data.
. We also acknowledge that the processing of personal data required for invoicing (name,
first name, date of birth, CNP, C.I. or passport, address, telephone, email and nationality) will
be kept
according to the terms provided in the financial-accounting legislation.
. I understand that the processing of personal data mentioned in the contract is performed for
providing contracted tourist services, during its validity period and during the archiving
period.
. I agree with the transfer of this data to affiliated or collaborating companies, partners
contractors of the Agency from the country and / or from abroad, involved in the development of
the tourist service
contracted.
. I am informed that, according to the legislation in force, personal data will be provided to
the authorities in the legal field (police, prosecutor's office, courts) only at the express
request of a

. The agency assured me that my data will not be made public, will not be passed on to third
parties
