Respected Sir,

I am working in Electrical department as an Assistant Professor in ZCOER.

My name is Prashant Kumar and my employee ID is 42331. This letter is in


regard to my attendance record. I would most humbly inform you that
on15/03/2023 evening, I forgot to punch the attendance due to which it is
reflected as absent in my attendance ERP record.

I request you to kindly accept my manual attendance. I left the campus after
3.30pm and for which I request you to kindly mark my present for 15 th
March’23.

I ensure this will not be repeated again. I shall be highly obliged for your kind
assistance.
