What is the effect of beta-alanine supplementation on the performance of the RSA test?
Searches
The searches will be done on PubMed; Scoups; Web of Science; SPORTDiscus; Google Scholar;
The search terms ‘beta alanine’ linked with ‘repeated sprint ability’.
There will be no language restrictions. There will be no restriction on the year of publication.
The searches will be re-run just before the final analyzes and further studies retrieved for inclusion.

Inclusion Criteria: Healthy humans’ males and females, of any age or activity level;
Exclusion Criteria: Studies conducted on clinical populations, or diseased; Studies conducted on animals;
