Getting Started – Soft Token (SMS)
If logging in using SMS access please follow below steps. Step 3 Input the OTP in the field called Security Code in the login application,
and click on ‘Login’.
First Time User

Step 2 Enter your chosen username and temp password, which are
provided in your Welcome Letter and click on ‘Login’. A One Time
Passcode (OTP) is sent to your primary phone number.

Step 5 You will now be asked to select and provide answers to two Existing Client
security questions to be answered in case you forget your password.
After you first login, you will need to access the URL below:

• Your chosen password will be used every time you log in Step 1 Enter your username and your password and client ‘Log In’.

Getting Started – Hard Token
If logging in using a Hard Token please follow below steps.

Q: I am trying to login to the mobile app. I am only set-up for hard token access. Why can’t I login?
a) The mobile app can only be logged onto if you have SMS or dual access logon
b) The mobile app cannot be logged onto with hard token access only
c) The mobile app is always disabled. This can be enabled when you logon to a desktop, selecting preferences on the account options icon on the
menu bar. Tick enabled and submit your request
d) You will now be able to access the mobile app with SMS or dual access logon only
