1) The document describes a method for estimating ore grades in an area using triangulation. Sample data points consisting of X, Y coordinates and grade values are given. 2) The area is divided into 12 triangles. Equations for the grade within each triangle are calculated using the sample data points and matrix methods. 3) The deposit area is further divided into 6 blocks. The mean grade is calculated for each block based on the triangle grade equations. The mean grades for each of the 6 blocks are provided.

According to the diagram, by joining all the points we divided the


area into 12 triangles. Then with the help of matrices we find equations for
each triangle using the given values.

The mean grade of each block which we calculated is:

Mean grade of block 1 is = 6.32

Mean grade of block 2 is = 6.95

Mean grade of block 3 is = 2.64

Mean grade of block 4 is = 5.18

Mean grade of block 5 is = 14.20

Mean grade of block 6 is = 14.47
