application program is a computer program in an application, which consists
of software or computer software that has been created to work on or solve
various specific problems, such as payroll programs and others. The
computer operating system functions to perform basic operations, so by
adding or installing an application program into the operating system, the
application program will complete its ability to perform more specific tasks.
Application programs are created by programmers using programming
languages for specific purposes and functions. When you are using an
application, the application is being managed and run by a program. In a
computer, this application can run according to the program that has been
adapted to each other's needs.

1.Word Processing Software

processor (WP) is a device or computer program that provides for input,
editing, formatting, and output of text, often with some additional
features.Early word processors were stand-alone devices dedicated to the
function, but current word processors are word processor programs running
on general purpose computers.The functions of a word processor program
fall somewhere between those of a simple text editor and a fully
functioned desktop publishing program. However, the distinctions between
these three have changed over time and were unclear after 2010. the word
processor is one of the most frequently used software programs on a
computer, with Microsoft Word being a popular choice.

software. Spreadsheet software is a software application capable of
organizing, storing and analyzing data in tabular form. The application can
provide digital simulation of paper accounting worksheets. They can also
have multiple interacting sheets with data represented in text, numeric or in
graphic form. With these capabilities, spreadsheet software has replaced
many paper-based systems, especially in the business world. Originally
developed as an aid for accounting and bookkeeping tasks, spreadsheets are
now widely used in other contexts where tabular lists can be used, modified
and collaborated

software Presentation software is a category of application software that is
specifically designed to allow users to create a presentation of ideas by
stringing together text, images and audio/video. The presentation tells a
story or supports speech or the presentation of information. Presentation
software can be divided into business presentation software and general
multimedia authoring software, but most presentation software applications
already provide tools that allow users to create both professional-looking
business presentations and general multimedia presentations.

available on the World Wide Web. This information may be in the form of
pictures, web pages, videos, and other files that all are connected via

Identifiers). For example, you are viewing this page by using a browser.A
browser is a client program as it runs on a user computer or mobile device
and contacts the webserver for the information requested by the user. The
web server sends the data back to the browser that displays the results on
internet supported devices.

of teaching or self-learning. Using computer software and hardware in
education and training goes back to the early 40s, when American
researchers were able to develop flight simulators that used analog
computers for generating simulated onboard instrument data.These days,
education software constituents of the identity of a school as they could
deliver all the associated tasks. Software at present even provides the
facility and access to parents for a bird’s view of the progress of their
children in the classroom.

that allows users to create, edit, and display graphics. From simple line art
apps to powerful photo or 3D graphics editors, the term encompasses
various types of software.Even spreadsheet or database applications like
Microsoft Excel are a type of graphics software. However, such apps only
allow you to display graphics, but not edit them in depth. The same is true
for presentation software such as PowerPoint.So, we can safely say that
graphics software is any browser-based platform or desktop application that
helps creatives to fully create and edit graphics of any kind. That said, let us
take a look at how such applications and platforms are developed.

is the exchange of computer-stored messages from one user to one or more
recipients via the internet. Emails are a fast, inexpensive and accessible way
to communicate for business or personal use. Users can send emails from
anywhere as long as they have an internet connection, which is typically
provided by an internet service provider.

management system (DBMS). Together, the data and the DBMS, along with
