- Understand the approach taken by this training course
- Know the course contents, syllabus, learning materials, learning
resources, course requirements during their training
- Understand the assessment they are expected to undertake

- Identify the main steps to be successful in this course and
- Introduce themselves and voice their on the learning website.
Module 3: Approaches and methods
- Identify the differences between the old series of Tieng Anh textbooks
and the new ones
- Understand the approaches in designing the new Tieng Anh textbooks
- Analyse how the approaches are used in different parts of the textbooks
and
- Design a plan to teach a group of students
Module 4: Methods of teaching E to young learners
- Review the learning characteristic of young learners
- Identify the main features of some common methods of teaching
primary school pupils and
- Select the appropriate teaching, methods, useful procedures, and
techniques of teaching E to children in their real teaching
Module 5: Classroom management
- Reflect and share their experience in dealing with children’s
common disruptive behaviour in their E classes
- Identify some approaches for good classroom management
- Apply good management classroom skills to ensure effective learning
and maintaining motivation
- Organize activitives (pairwork or groupwork, stirring and settling
activities... ) in their own classes
Module 6: Lesson planning
- Familiarize themselves with different components of a lesson plan
- Identify the goals and the languge input off each lesson and the
procedure to teach students to achieve outcome (G.I.P.O lesson plan

- Apply the principles of lesson planning to write lesson plans that most
benefit their teaching
Module 7 +8: Facilitating spoken interaction and spoken
