Subject: Consultancy Offer for Real Estate Project Feasibility Report

Dear Mr. Rastogi,

I am writing to present a consultancy offer for the development of a comprehensive Real Estate Project
Feasibility Report. Based on our discussions and understanding of your project requirements, we believe
that our expertise and experience make us well-suited to assist you in assessing the feasibility of your
proposed real estate venture.

A. Consultant Scope of Work:

1. Initial Project Assessment:

● Conduct a preliminary assessment of the proposed real estate project, including its location,
size, and target market.
● Review relevant documents, such as architectural plans, financial projections, and any existing
market research.
● Identify potential challenges, risks, and opportunities associated with the project.

2. Market Analysis:

● Conduct a detailed analysis of the local real estate market, including supply and demand
dynamics, pricing trends, and competition.
● Identify target market segments and assess their preferences, needs, and purchasing power.
● Evaluate market absorption rates and potential demand for the proposed project.

3. Financial Feasibility:

● Develop a comprehensive financial model to assess the project's feasibility, including cash flow
projections and return on investment.

B. NMBPL Scope of Work:

1. NMBPL will make all arrangements (To & Fro flight tickets, Boarding & Lodging in a 3 star
accommodation or equivalent, Food & Local Travel) for the visit to Lucknow site & local real estate
market accompanied by your representative.
2. NMBPL will arrange meetings with the real estate agents in Lucknow (Top and Local agents,
minimum of 5 nos. in each category) who shall be willing to provide the required information on
the market survey.
3. NMBPL shall provide relevant documents, such as project details, land use, financial projections,
and any existing market research on the said project.

C. Timeline and Deliverables:

The estimated timeline for completing the Real Estate Project Feasibility Report is approximately 3 weeks,
after Lucknow site visit completion.

Upon completion, we will provide you with the following deliverables:

1. Detailed Feasibility Report: A detailed report encompassing all aspects of the project analysis,
including market analysis, financial feasibility, risk assessment, and recommendations.
2. Presentation: A comprehensive presentation at your Noida office (one time) summarizing the key
findings, recommendations, and supporting data.

D. Cost and Payment Terms:

The total cost for the consultancy services for the Real Estate Project Feasibility Report is Rs. 1,74,000
[Rupees One Lakh Seventy Four Thousand Only, which is 58 hours of work @ Rs. 3,000 per hour].

Payment terms will be as follows:


● 50% of the total cost upon signing this consultancy offer letter as an upfront fee.
● Balance 50% of the total cost upon submission of the Feasibility Report.

Please note that any additional expenses incurred during the project, such as travel or third-party research
fees, will be billed separately and require prior approval.
