三、 Natural conditions and design loads


1. Basic air pressure is 0.60 kN/m 2, once in 50 years.

4. The seismic fortification intensity of the building is 8 degrees, the designed basic seismic acceleration value is 0.20g, and the designed seismic group is the third

10. Main design and use of load
(1) Constant load of color plate roof: 0.30 kN / m 2

四、Main structural materials
1. The main structural components, the structural beams and columns are all Q355B steel, which shall conform to the current national standard "Low Alloy and High
Strength Structural Steel"
"Carbon structural steel" GB / T700-2006 standard related provisions. For steel for welded structure, there should be a qualified guarantee of carbon content. As
specified in GB / T1591-2018. The other components shall adopt Q235.B steel except as indicated and shall meet the current national standard
The steel used in the main structural members shall comply with the relevant provisions in the current national standards GB / T 709 and GB / T 11263,
2. Substructure (wall beam. Solid belly purlin and panel and other cold-bent thin wall members) are made of strong materials such as Q355 steel, and there should
be yield points, the measured thickness of the selected materials should be within the tolerance range corresponding to the design nominal thickness.
3. All hot rolled type steel (Angle steel, square pipe and round pipe, etc.) adopts the strength and elongation guarantee of carbon structural steel>> (GB / T700-
2006).
4. All round steel tie rods are the no. 35 steel specified in the current national standard <<high quality carbon structural steel (GB / T699-2015). The Q235.B steel
specified in; the steel for welding structure shall have qualified guarantee of carbon content.
5. All steel shall have a quality certificate, must ensure the tensile strength, elongation, yield point, cold bending test qualified, sulfur, phosphorus, carbon

standards (GB / T 5118-1995) and Carbon Steel electrode (GB / T 5117-1995). Automatic welding or semi-automatic welding
A) Electric electrode (manual welding): E4315 and E4316 for Q235 steel; E5015 and E5016 for Q345 (GB / T14957-1994) or Carbon Steel (GB / T8110-1995).
B) Solder and welding wire (automatic welding): for Q235 steel, choose F4A0-H08A; for Q345 steel, F48A0-H08MnA shall meet the technical requirements of GB / T
5117-1995 or GB / T 5118-1995.

五、Production of steel structure
1. Main specifications and regulations to be followed during the construction:
Code for Acceptance of Construction Quality of Steel Structure Engineering (GB50205-2020)

2. Structural manufacturing:
(1) The full penetration weld indicated in this design shall be strong in the base material except specially indicated in the drawing. The quality of the weld shall
comply with the <<Welding Regulations for Building Steel Structure>>
(2) The lofting of the components should be drawn according to the drawing and size of the construction drawing, and the sample and the sample rod should be
made. After checking, the batch production can be carried out. Inspection grade of welding quality: all penetration butt welds are grade II quality standard, and
other welds are grade 3.
(3) The steel should be corrected before processing, to make it straight, so as not to affect the production accuracy. The quality of assembly and surface cleaning of
welding parts shall be strictly inspected before welding.
(4) The arc should not be fired on the base material outside the welding seam, the T-type butt corner weld and the flat weld of the butt joint, both ends must be
equipped with arc plate and lead plate, the non-airtight hidden parts (such as double angle steel T-section limb reversed), should be removed according to the
design requirements, paint treatment before assembly.
The material and groove type shall be the same as the welded piece. After welding, the lead arc, lead plate, and other fittings on the welding piece must be
removed with flame,
(5) Reasonable welding procedures should be selected during welding to reduce welding deformation and welding stress. And along the direction of the force
grinding leveling, strictly prohibited to shoot down with a hammer.
(6) The components deformed by welding can be corrected by mechanical (cold)) or heating (hot) under the condition of strictly controlled temperature control.(7)
All corner welds are fully welded along the length direction, except where indicated.(8) The length of the wing plate shall not be less than twice the width of the
plate and shall be greater than 600mm; the length of the webs shall be greater than 600mm; the width direction shall not allow splicing; the weld of the upper and
lower wing plates and webs shall be staggered more than 200mm; the end plate is not allowed.
(11) At the frame node, the high strength bolt bearing type (diameter> =16mm) is connected, the anti-sliding coefficient of the contact surface of the steel member
is designed as 0.50, (10) the aperture of the high strength bolt is 1.5mm larger than the diameter of the bolt; the ordinary bolt hole diameter is 2mm larger than the
diameter of the bolt; the pore diameter of the anchor bolt is 5 mm larger than the diameter of the anchor bolt.(9) The splicing position of crane beam wing shall be
set within the beam span 1 / 3 from the support. The connection between the flange plate and the column of the crane beam adopts the secondary weld.
(12) At the rigid frame node, the high strength bolt friction type (diameter> =16mm) is connected. The anti-slip coefficient of the friction surface of steel members is
designed according to 0.50. The anti-slip coefficient test is not allowed, but the oil pollution and floating rust on the contact surface should be removed.
The surface treatment method is described in Article 7.1 of this description.
六、 Structural installation:
1. Before making structural steel, the detailed design of construction details shall be prepared according to the design requirements, and the steel structure shall be
processed with the consent of the designer.
2. The rod splicing shall be of the same strength as the rod section.
3. The construction quality of the weld shall meet the requirements stipulated in the design drawings, and the allowable deviation shall meet the construction
quality of steel structure engineering
4. If the bolt hole connecting other components of the roof is not indicated in the component drawing, the drilling should be drilled on the component according to
the corresponding node or the national standard 04 SG 518-3. Relevant provisions in GB50205-2001.
5. The transportation and storage of steel structure components shall have reliable support pads and positioning, including binding and temporary support and
reinforcement, which shall not cause the deformation and damage of the rod.
6. The allowable deviation of all kinds of steel components shall comply with the relevant provisions of the Code for Acceptance of Construction Quality of Steel
Structure Engineering. Steel members installed in place are not allowed to bind steel rope as an additional fulcrum for lifting.
7. The construction requirements of high strength bolts are as follows: (1) in order to make the components fit closely and meet the friction force of the design
requirements, it is strictly prohibited to have electric welding, gas cutting and splashing point, and burr flying edge on the fitting surface
(3) The construction sequence of the mixed joint between the high strength bolt and welding is that the high strength bolt is initially screwed, then welded, and
then finally screwed.(2) When the upper and lower contact surface of the bolt has more than 1 / 20 of the slope, the washer should be used flat. Dust and paint and

(4) The friction surface shall not be coated within 120mm, the joint surface shall be treated with sandblasting, the friction coefficient Q235 steel shall reach 0.45,
(5) The hole of the high strength bolt must be drilled, and the high strength bolt should be closed with paint in time after the end. In the connected joint plate joint,
bolt head, nut, Q345 steel should reach 0.5.
8. The steel column foot is leveled by nuts, and when the base slurry is supported, the spatial stiffness unit should be formed in the structure. After testing and
checking the geometric size, it should be coated with anti-corrosion putty in time.
9. Measures should be taken during the construction process to prevent the instability of the anchor anchor under the column bottom plate. The part of the column
foot below the ground shall be filled with strength grade C25 concrete wrapped with expanded fine stone concrete C35 pouring to fill the gap between the column
base plate and the foundation.
(The thickness of the protective layer shall not be less than 50mm), and the wrapped concrete shall be not less than 150 mm above the ground. When the base of

10. During the installation process, temporary support measures should be taken to ensure safety before the structure forms a stable system. The base surface of

13. In the process of transportation and installation, the damaged coating part and the installation connection shall be recoated according to the relevant
regulations after the installation and fixation of the structure.14. When installing high strength bolts, the friction surface of components should be kept dry and
strictly prohibited in the rain!
16. It is forbidden to weld objects and fittings on the lower flange and web of the crane beam; it is forbidden to weld the lower flange with the leg!15. The
tightening of high strength bolts shall be constructed by torque method or corner method according to the requirements of the current construction regulations.
17. The connection between crane beam and ox leg and the connection between hanging crane beam and crane frame adopts double nut high strength bolt.
19. If holes are needed on site, drilling should be used first. When it is difficult to drill, small holes can be cut with flame, and then the holes should be expanded to
the design requirements and the aperture wall should be polished.18. If reaming is needed on site, a reander or large drill bit shall be used, and the hole wall shall
be polished smoothly.
20. The support should be installed in time during the construction, and the cable wind rope should be fully fixed when necessary.
During the installation process of the gantry rigid frame light house steel structure, measures should be taken to ensure the overall stability of the structure
according to the requirements of the design and construction conditions.
21. The installation of the components shall comply with the following provisions:
1) The installation sequence should start from the two ends of the frame supported between columns near the gable. After the installation of the frame, the purlin,
support, corner support, etc. should be installed,
And check its verticality. With these two rigid frames as the starting point, to the other end of the house sequential installation.
2) The column should be installed first, and the inclined beam assembled on the ground should be hoisted in place and connected with the column.
3) After the steel structure is installed into the spatial stiffness unit and corrected, fine stone concrete should be used for the gap between the column bottom plate
and the top surface of the foundation in time.
4) For the components with large span and small lateral stiffness, the center of gravity of the components should be determined before installation, and a
reasonable lifting point position and hanger should be selected, for the important components and slender components
Stability checking before lifting shall be conducted, and temporary reinforcement shall be carried out according to the checking results. The necessary measures
such as pulling, support and temporary connection shall be taken during the installation of components.
5) During the installation process, the aerial installation workload should be reduced. Under the condition that the capacity of the lifting equipment allows, it is
appropriate to expand the installation unit on the ground group for the stressed parts
It is necessary to carry out the necessary fixation, can add iron pole, pulley group and other auxiliary means, should avoid blind risk lifting.
6) The lifting point of large components should be installed and checked, so that the internal force generated by each part is less than the bearing capacity of the
components, so as not to produce permanent deformation.
七、Painting and corrosion prevention: (see the table below)

2. The surface treatment of steel structure shall be in accordance with the provisions of corrosion grade before coating (GB / T8923-1988),

8. The adhesion of the coating and the steel base should not be lower than 5MPa.9. The corrosive grade of this project is weak corrosive, steel should be treated
with brush or oil-water compressed air to remove dust rust,

The fire protection of the steel structure nodes shall be consistent with the highest fire protection requirements in the connected components. Steel members shall

Note: when the equivalent heat conduction coefficient of non-expansion fireproof coatings actually used in the project is inconsistent with the design, by the
product manufacturer according to the technical specification for fire prevention of building steel structure GB 51249-2017 appendix formula convert the thickness
components for fire protection, the coating thickness of the high strength bolt connection should not be less than the coating thickness of adjacent components.
Fire retardant coating products must pass the national testing agency testing, recognized by the fire department, and can meet the requirements of primer. The
performance, coating thickness and quality requirements of the selected fire retardant coating should comply with the current national standard "Technical Code
for fire Prevention of Building Steel Structure" GB51249-2017 fire prevention design provisions.
The durability of steel structure fireproof coating shall not be less than 10 years, and should be tested in 3-5 years. Found that the fire retardant coating is not used
in the use process should be treated in time.
九、check and accept
1. Acceptance of steel structure shall be carried out in strict accordance with GB50205-2020;
2. The acceptance of the concrete structure shall be carried out in strict accordance with the "GB50204-2015".
3. The acceptance of fire retardant coating for steel structure shall be carried out in strict accordance with the Technical Code for Fire Prevention of Building Steel
Structure GB51249-2017.

6. For the lap and anchorage length of tensile steel, see page 53 of NGB 16G101-1. When the reinforcement has a diameter of d 22mm, mechanical connections
or welded joints shall be used. The welding of steel bar shall meet the requirements of Regulations for Welding and Acceptance of Reinforcement (JGJ 18-2012); the
mechanical connection shall meet the requirements of Technical Regulations for Mechanical Connection of Reinforcement (JGJ107-2016). When the steel joint
adopts mechanical joint, the joint, the grade adopts grade.
7. During construction, when the longitudinal reinforced reinforcement in the original design with higher strength grade, it shall be converted according to the

1. The exterior wall of this project is made of 200mm thick concrete aerated block.
