Test Requirements:

CT Ratios

Confirm the phase CT ratio is 200/1.

1. Overcurrent
a. Pickup/Dropout and Timing Test
- Carry out secondary injection tests as detailed below under ‘1.1 Test Points’.
- Confirm that the trip output contacts operate the circuit breaker correctly.
(Note: See separate report for the timing test. Secondary injection was not possible to perform on this relay type.
1.1. Test Points Primary injection was done to measure timing. Feedback were measured from the CB open contact thus 80-100ms
delay was expected)

Function Test Points

Test Point 1 Test Point 2
Current (A sec) Operate time (s) Current (A sec) Operate time (s)
OC(IT) 0.78 (2 x Pickup) 1.215 1.95 (5 x Pickup) 0.304
