The Management Development Programme provides you with the opportunity to develop your
skills in order to perform your management responsibilities more effectively within a changing and
competitive business environment. With this programme, you will acquire the requisite competencies
to better deal with all functional and cross-functional business processes and operations. The programme
specifically covers topics of the people side of business, the business environment (including economics,
general management and marketing), financial management and planning, and the business value chain
(including the day-to-day management of business operations).

This programme is presented in partnership with the Gordon Institute of Business Science (GIBS).
