    Oriental Mindoro duly recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of Calapan City, Oriental
    Mindoro on October 30, 2003 on Doc No. 240, Page No. 48, Book No. VI, Series of 2003,
    Entry No. 5508. Volume No. n/a. (Under Act No. 496 or under Spanish Mortgage law), having
    received the full consideration named as the condition of said Mortgage, does hereby forever
    release and discharge to annotate this cancellation upon Certificate of Title No. 97157 of this
    office, or upon the corresponding record book.
