Project Summary:
BRT is one of the largest and mega project in Pakistan , Half Millions people will
be facilitated on daily basis , which having 27 Km length , including elevated
structure , under passes and running on grade predominantly
A high capacity drainage system along the corridor is also inclusive .Multi storey
buildings for DEPOTS are also a part of this project
Duties & Responsibilities: Managing and directing the work scope as per the
client requirements and the project specification
Coordination meeting with the client and contractor representatives to
evaluate the progress
Supervising and monitoring the work to maintain the standard and to ensure the
quality as per the client requirement and project specification
Review the shop drawing submittals, and BBS (Bar bending Schedule) against
the approved construction drawings
To check and monitor concrete work, Asphalt work and Earth work as per the
project specification
Daily site visit, progress report and checking the inspection requests for all
activities
Issuing NCR and site memo to ensure and maintain the quality of the project
