REPORTING A CLAIM - HOW TO CONTACT US
Dealing with a motor claim is unfortunately never a pleasant experience, but Mulsanne Insurance Company Limited
will endeavor to make it as simple and as straightforward as possible. This information lets you know what to do and
what will happen if you are involved in a motor accident.
If you are a 'Comprehensive' policyholder, first telephone the Claims Helpline on 0344 573 1229.
We will appoint an Approved Repairer as soon as we get your details. Once the Approved Repairer has been appointed,
they will contact you to arrange for your damaged vehicle to be collected.
A courtesy car may be provided for the whole of the period that your vehicle is being repaired.
When your vehicle is repaired, the Approved Repairer will return it to you and collect the courtesy car. Your vehicle will
have been cleaned.
The Approved Repairer's invoice for repairs will be sent to us. All that you will be required to pay is the policy excess
and any betterment contribution.
If your vehicle is declared a total loss by our engineer, an offer will be provided as soon as possible.
If you are a 'Third Party Fire & Theft' or 'Third Party Only' policy holder you must still report any incident Claims Helpline
facility.
Any theft or fire claim must also be reported to the Claims Helpline on 0344 573 1229.
