something new out of the ordinary Filipino delicacies and native products. During the

PROFIT MAXIMATION
After a lot of tries and fails, our product Temocafritos was finally ready to enter the
world of business. The first day of selling happened within our campus at Fatima
College of Camiguin Inc. during its second day of intramural. We woke up early to
prepare but unfortunately, we have encountered a lot of struggles to get there, we had a
problem with the Time and Organization. The amount of time we finished preparing
wasn't what we thought it would be.We crammed and struggled but, the best part was
we managed and it did paid off. Our product Temocafritos sold out during its first selling
and the feedback from our customers were overwhelming and positive. It was the an
unforgettable start for me. The start of great opportunities and new learning.

2nd day:
Timeless
The second time of selling Temocafritos was different from the first. We provided
and took up orders from our customers, which was very challenging but fun at the same
time. It was a bit hectic and we struggled a little bit in meeting our orders because we
started preparing a little bit late than the usual, due to each of the members personal
responsibilities. However, through our Patience and Perseverance, we successfully
managed to get through it and eventually learned from it. Through this we realized that
time is indeed gold, we must not waste a second.
Kristhine Bea B. Bagajo
It was indeed pure joy what I have felt during our Third time of selling Temocafritos.
We sold our products during snack/recess time in our very own school, particularly at
the Fatima Building, students from different sections stopped by and purchased our
product. Seeing the results of our efforts and hard work was very fulfilling. Honestly
Earlier that day, we had this little inconvenience about our product which had caused us
delays and worries but thankfully In the morning we strategically found a way to cope
from that and solve the problem. Each day we learn something, each time we try to sell
Temocafritos somehow we always face a lot of unfortunate situations and in order for us
to keep going we as a team treat each of these experiences as a test and a blessing in
disguise instead.
The experiences from our fourth day of selling was not far from the experiences we
had during our third time but i guess it was better, it was by far better than the last
time.we sold out our product Temocafritos in our school within the campus particularly
in our building which is the Fatima building once again. Before that day happened I had
this manifestation or I was expecting that we will be able to sold out our product again
and evidently it did, which was a very fun experience for me. It was fun because we
were gaining profits and we were meeting our expectations but the main reason was the
positive Feed-backs that we were collecting, the pure joy/happiness, and the
satisfaction that I have witnessed from our customers was enough and what was all
that matters. As far as I remember during our 4th-time of selling we did not encounter
any unfortunate experiences, thankfully. And I believe it was because, from the past 3
days of selling, we transform each of the negative experiences we faced into something
that will help us become better, a motivation and inspiration to strive harder.
For our fifth time of selling Temocafritos, I could say that it was better and more
improved than the past days. Somehow, we were used to it already and we were able to
apply all the learning we gained from the errors and failures we had. During our 5th
day , we chose to sell around Comon Poblacion, Mambajao, Camiguin, where two of my
members currently reside. It was a satisfying day of selling because we sold all our
products, many of the residents there intentionally bought our product. Women, children
and families. In that very moment I realized that all the sacrifices and struggles we went
through and the plans we made are finally coming to place. It wasn't the end nor the
time were we can say that we have surpassed it but, we were half way through it and
that is progress.
The sixth day and the last day of selling Temocafritos finally came. We took up
orders again and this time we were sure that it will work. we handled our last day of
selling very well since we already got use to it and we were ready, we were more
organized and we managed our time efficiently.
To sum it all, this journey was indeed a breakthrough. I have learned and realized a
lot of things not just in the aspects of being a business man or an entrepreneur but
generally in the aspects of life.It was an amazing experience that I will carry with me in
my entire life journey, in this world. We took the rough roads and trails just to get where
we are today and I would say it’s not been easy for us but at least It was fun and
exciting. This subject mold us to become better,to be strategic, to not settle for less and
be more because we are and we can. These experiences opens up doors and
opportunities for us in becoming somebody that we long and hope to be someday.
Maybe all of us, some of us or at least one us become A good, skilled and successful
Entrepreneurs in the future.

My experience of selling for the first time was kinda stressful, considering that it was me
and my co-members’ first time selling something at school, and we were also kinda
nervous about the outcome because we had no idea what would happen, but thankfully
we were able to push through and our first selling actually ended up being successful.
We were able to sell all our product TEMOCAFRITOS and it didn't took that long for it to
be sold out since it was during the schools’ Intramural when we first started selling. And
for me,personally I liked the taste of it and I had faith in it,not in a biased kind of way.

For our Second time selling we delivered some of our product and it was mostly sold out
by our family members since we already introduced to them our product temocafritos
and they were curious about how it tasted, and we actually shared to each other our
families feedback and thankfully we got really good ones; they were satisfied, and we
actually learned something on our second time selling like putting more tissues for it so
it won’t be oily and sticky to eat or serve.
Juvel M. Boca

For our Third time selling we decided to try something new, instead of making it a Log
shaped we tried and made it as a circle and Lessen its price from 15 to 10 pesos and
then we decided to sell it at school since this is where our target costumers are, even
though we had some competition while selling because the other groups was selling as
well, our product thankfully sold out and our new idea also resulted to being successful.
Juvel M. Boca

For our fourth time selling we continued selling our product at school, and from the last
time we sell, few new people already knew our product since they tasted it from their
friends and we actually gained new customers; they gave us really good feedback like
how our Camote/sweet potato is just right and not too sweet and also how it was new to
them to be tasting a spicy Camote/Sweet potato, and they said they liked it.
Juvel M. Boca

Our Fifth day of selling since there were no classes we tried something new, we still
continued to make our TemocaFritos in a round form since we were able to conclude
that by this way it is less time are consumed. Since this was going very well we decided
to continue it. We sold our product at Comon Poblacion,Mambajao,Camiguin. There
were many children and families and they actually purchased and tried our product, at
first we were kinda anxious because it was our first time selling it outside, but thankfully
it went well, and I can say it was a great experience.

6th Day: The Experience
And for our 6th and last day of selling, we took up orders again since by this we are
sure that everything would surely sell out, we handled our last day of selling very well
since we already got used to it unlike when we first started we were inexperienced and
clueless but at this time we already learned many things and it went very well.
And by this journey of ours I was actually able to learn and realize many things along
the way like how much patient you need to acquire while doing business because there
will be a lot of trial and errors. Everything will not always go according to plan but,
instead of losing hope and giving up you should take this as a motivation to learn and
grow and use this as an inspiration to keep going because in order to achieve success
you will first experience failure, and to also be more appreciative even in the tiniest
achievement because upon witnessing our teams sacrifices I saw how our team went
through tough times, and when frustration arises we were able to overcome it. Through
this journey, relationships were built since we were together through ups and downs,
although not everyone stayed consistent I really do appreciate those members whom
stayed to push through until the very end. Through this, we learned to be more creative
and to not be scared to voice out our ideas because after all we are an aspiring future
Entrepreneurs.

1st day: The Preparation
The first day of selling our product Temocrafitos, Was during the school intramural. We
sold a lot of our product. That experience was kind of fun because many customers
loved our product, also they gave as complements and suggestions. And by this we
were able to know what flavor are most likely to be sold out first. We were able to
acquire new ideas.
Angelo James Anthony Cadamia
For The second day, we decided to only deliver our product. We promote and sell our
product through social media posting. Many did order and for our customers to
experience full-packed service, we decided to deliver it as well.
Angelo James Anthony Cadamia
It was the time when our group members decided to sell it within our school campus. In
getting more product to be sold we told the other students that they need to try out our
product which is the Temocafritos. We inspired them with a delightful presentation
which telling them what are the benefits of our food product. The lesson I’ve gained
from this day was it’s better to communicate with the customers.
Angelo James Anthony Cadamia
For the last and final day of our selling, we end up doing the same, we took up orders
again from our customers. It was satisfying and overwhelming. Having all these kinds of
experiences made me realize that it’s not easy gain money or to have a lifestyle during
these times. I learned that not all people are able to experience nice things and to have
the privileged but with patience, determination, perseverance and love for what you to
do, everything will eventually fall into place and you will become the person you always
wanted and have all the things you hope for.
In our first day my thoughts or whats on my mind is that its going to be easy and I don’t
really have much care about it. but in our first day there's a lot of struggles and
challenges that we have to overcome and to be honest we committed a lot of mistake
that day.
Andrian James B. Alido
Day 2- Learning
After our first day that we have experienced we have acquired a lot of knowledge on
what to do to avoid those mistakes. During our second day there's still mistakes but its
not that many, we were able to come up a new form of our product instead of making it
long like a hot dog, we decided to make it sound like a circle to be presentable, this idea
was later on applied during our 3rd day. And to sum up the entire second day to be
honest it was quite hard that day.
Andrian James B. Alido
Day 3- Evolving
In our third day we were evolving, we are able to do things correctly that time, we
communicate as a team ,we work as a team however, we have some struggles still but
everything came out fine but not perfectly yet.
Day 4- Responsibility
In this day we have experienced a lot of struggles due to our time mismanagement, this
is because of our individual responsibilities that we were assigned to us at home that's
why everyone was unable to come at the exact time. However, we managed to talk
about it and keep in our minds that we should remember our responsibilities as a group
to reach our goal for this business.
Andrian James B. Alido
Day 5- Chill
In this day we have learn to make all of our mistake into something that will motivate us.
We arranged the wrong path or the error that we have done from the past days. This
day actually went well and somehow everything goes according to plan, the day ended
swiftly and perfectly.
Andrian James B. Alido
Day 6- Realization
On the final day we realized that time is indeed precious because we have struggled
from the past days cause of shortened time but still were able to come up and sell a
masterpiece and we also realized that hard work do really pays off.
Day 1- Started
My experience of selling for the first time is there's a lot of struggling and challenge,I
learned from my experience that selling something is not easy.because you need a
good communication to your buyer and you should have a self-confidence if you want to
be a seller.but thankful we we're able to sell our product temocafritos.
Day 2- Great
On the 2nd day of selling we used the proceeds of our sale to just delivered some of
our product temocafritos and we actually share to each other our classmate and
thankfully we got a good ones.second day we commits a mistake, but second time
putting more tissues for it because won't be oily and stick to serve. An average delivery
experience is forgettable, but a great delivery experience guarantees customer
satisfaction by being fast, reliable, and predictable.
Day 3- Priceless
Third day we are able to come up a new form instead like a hot dog we make it a circle
form and its price is 10 pesos and we decide to sell within our school, where our target
costumers is the specific groups of consumers most likely to want your product or
service, and therefore, the group of people who should see your ad campaigns.
Day 4- Experience
On the 4th day of selling within our school campus, we actually gained new customers,
and they gave us good feedback because of our camote, on how it's not being too
sweet, and making a new flavor like spicy.Through this I have learned that To truly be
effective, your organization's sales strategy needs to focus on customer conversations.
These skillfully delivered conversations are what create a distinctive purchase
experience, demonstrate value for your buyers, and separate your company from the
competition
Rich Ryan Arapoc
Day 5- Happy
On our fifth day of selling, we continued to sell our product to another location
particularly in Common Poblacion, Mambajao, Camiguin. There were many students,
and they actually purchased and tried our product. Through this, I am now a hard-
working and driven individual who isn't afraid to face a challenge. I'm passionate about
our business, a person who knows how to get the job done.
Rich Ryan Arapoc
Day 6- Finale
On the last day of this journey of ours, I was actually able to learn everything, and
through this,we learned to be more creative. Thankfully it went well, and I can say it was
a great experience. This journey is a motivation for me to learn and grow, and I will use
this as an inspiration to achieve success in the future.
Temocafritos is a business that a member of our group suggested. When we started this
food business, choosing what to market is essential. Around January, we were tasked
to come up with a product that we wanted to sell. Out of all the ideas Temocafritos
stands out the most.
My experience when selling for the first time was kind of stressful, considering that it
was me and my co- members first time selling something at school, but thankfully it was
really successful we were able to sell all our product TEMOCAFRITOS and it didn't take
that long for it to be sold out since it was during Intramural when we first started selling.
And for our Second time selling it was mostly sold out by our family members since we
already introduced to them our product and they were curios on how it tasted, and we
learned something from us.
The first day of selling our product, as well as taking our time organizing ourselves and
putting more tissues for it not to be oily.
Ace Presley Falconer
We had made our product TEMOCAFRITOS at home then proceeded to just deliver to
our welling customers.
Ace Presley Falconer
We had returned to school bringing our product in hand to all those welling or wanting to
try it and we had a great day of sales.
selling we decided to try something new so instead of making it a log shaped we tried
and made it as a circle and lower its price from 15 to 10 pesos and then we decided to
sell it which thankfully also resulted to being successful.
We spent majority of our day delivery to people who have ordered or wanted to try our
product thru social media or family friends.
And through this journey of ours i was actually able to learn and realize some things
along the way like how much patient you need to acquire while doing business because
there will be a lot of trial and error and not everything will go according to plan, but
