Q . How do I Purchase EELP?
- You can purchase EELP Courses like any other product. Once you purchase any
of the EELP Course (Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced or Package), you will
receive an Access Code on your registered Email ID and Mobile Number. Once
you enter this Access Code in the SPBMAcademy App, you’ll be able to access
the course chosen.

How to create account on SPBMAcademy?


- You need to create an account before taking a course.
- Go to https://www.SPBMAcademy.com Click on Menu Icon (Three horizontal
lines) present on the top left of the Store Screen. From the opened menu, click
on Login/Register button. Click on Sign Up. Enter your Email Id & Password to
register for an account.
- Android App: You can also download SPBMAcademy Android App from Google
PlayStore. Go to the Registration Page and enter your Email ID and Password to
register for an account.

Q. How to Use Access Code?
- You need to create an account on the app to use the access codes. After
Successful login, click on the Menu Icon present on the top left of the Store
Screen. From the opened menu, click on My Courses Button. On the opened
screen, click on the Gift Icon present on the Top Right of the Screen. Enter your
Access Code here. Respective Course will be added to your My Courses section.
- Android App: After successful login, go to Account ->Redeem Access Code and
then enter Access Code. Respective Course will be added to your My Courses
section.

Q. How to take a Course?


- After you have purchased the Course and used the access code of the course,
the course would be added to your My Course Section. Click on the Course
image to start the course.

Q. I have issues with Login, what should I do?
- You can click on Forgot Password link to reset your password from the login
screen. We will send the new password to your registered email address. Try to
login with the new password.
If the issue persists, drop an email to [email protected] with the
issue details.

Q. I am unable to access the Course, what should I do?


- Please check whether you are using the same email, which was used for entering
the Access Code. Check for the course in your My Course section. If the course is
still not available, please drop an email to [email protected]

Q. Is there any Satisfaction Guarantee on the EELP Courses?


- Sample video is available for all the courses. You may preview the sample video of
the course before making the purchase and once the order is confirmed against
the purchase of eLearning courses available on www.spbmacademy.com, no
Refund will be applicable.
