Reflection Form

The intern teacher felt nervous during their first lesson but the students made them feel comfortable. The lesson on days went well as students followed instructions to get into groups quietly and completed the activities. The teacher planned topic, methods, and assessments appropriately, using think-pair-share and a summative quiz. Students achieved the objectives and the social environment was set up well. The groups worked cooperatively, sharing purpose and goals. For next time, the teacher plans to add a reward system and out-of-class activity like an English club to further engage students.
