Viewing Documents
To view equations and some figures within documents, you may need to
Zoom In using the tool. Select this tool and click on the page you want

To “Zoom Out,” select the Zoom tool and hold down the [Ctrl] key while
clicking on the page you wish to reduce. The [ + ] will change to a [ - ],
indicating the view will be reduced.

Printing Documents
To print a document, select “Print” from the [File] menu, or press [Ctrl]-P.
Macintosh users, press [Command]-P.
Some PDF files may not print properly to non-Postscript printers. If your print
output doesn’t look right, you should try printing your document to a
postscript-compatible printer.

Using the Acrobat Toolbar M Main Menu


The Acrobat Toolbar (pictured below) will appear whenever you access a document.
This toolbar contains the basic tools you will need for viewing documents and
navigating through Acrobat Reader. This Help section will define the function of P Print Screen
