SPA HOURS:
Hours are from 08h00 - 18h00.
Bookings are essential, subject to availability and made in advance.
Should a treatment be required outside of these hours we will endeavor to honor such
a request .

HEALTH CONSIDERATIONS:
Please be sure to notify our therapist when making your reservation should you suffer
from high blood pressure, any allergies, are pregnant or suffer from any other medical
conditions.

PUNCTUALITY:
With in room treatments your therapist will arrive 10 minutes prior to the scheduled
appointment time to set up the area.
Please ensure that you are available in your room at that time.
Any late arrivals will constitute a reduced treatment time.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
You are requested to cancel at least 6 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time.
Should you fail to do so the full treatment cost will be charged.

INDEMNITY:
Zwahili African Spa, it’s therapists or any other related staff can not be held responsible
for any adverse reactions during or after a treatment.
