MSBDD – Redstone will continue to use Microsoft Basic Display Driver (MSBDD), introduced in Windows 8 to replace the VGA driver.

Root Cause:
The USB_OCx_L ( USB Overcurrent pins) are Active HIGH instead of Active LOW. Since the onboard Over Current
circuit are designed to be Active Low , the default state will be Logic High when there is no Over Current condition.
This will cause a false over current condition to be triggered and reported to the OS. The OS/driver will then
disable the affected port(s) and inform user of the OC condition.
Fix Options:
Customers seeking USB3.1 Gen2 logo should contact AMD for recommendation and necessary
support.
