The client was referred to the trainee Clinical Psychologis for the administration of
Beck Anxiety Inventory for academic purpose and psychological assessment.
Family History
There were total 15 members in subject’s family who lives together. The subject live in a
joint family system.
Mother: Subject's mother was 55 years old. Her qualification was till 5th standard. She was
house wife. The subject had healthy relations with her mother. Her mother is sick now due to
age factor.
Father: Subject's father age was 50. His qualification was till 3rd standard. He had own
general store. The subject relations with her father was also healthy. He died due to piver
cancer.
Siblings: Subject had 5 siblings, 3 brothers and 2 sisters. All her siblings are married and
have children. The relationship with all the siblings was good. The subject was the youngest
in all the siblings. No one has any psychological or biological problems in her family except
her mother.
Personal History
The subject birth was normal. All milestone were achieved in the normal age level. Subject
started going to school at 4 years of age. Her overall class performance was normal. She was
a normal student. She did not take part in co-curricular activities in her school. Her hobbies
were watching TV and scrolling in social media like Instagram, Facebook etc. She do not
have much interest in studies. She said, she is only studying for her family, for fun and time
pass. She do not have any kind of psychological or biological issue.
Educational History
The subject has done his matriculation from The Sir Syed School Sambrial. Her grades in the
matriculation was 65%. He has done his intermediate from Government Women College
Sambrial. Her grades in intermediate was 55% and she got a supply in English. Then she
cleared it. Now he is doing her bachelor’s degree from Superior College Sambrial.
Test Administration
The test was self administered. The subject filled the questionnaire by his own self. The test
administed in a quite environment. There was no distraction. The subject completed the test
in almost 12 minutes.

Behavior Observation
The behavior of the client was good. Her hygiene was also adequate. Her sitting posture was
good. She was giving much attention to listening to me and also her behavior towards the test
was positive. She was filling the scale carefully. But she was not maintaining the eye contact
and constantly shaking her leg.

Qualitative Interpretation
The total score obtained by the subject was 23 which shows that the subject has moderate
level of anxiety. The client exhibits a significant amount of anxiety-related symptoms. Her
anxiousness may seriously impair her ability to process information, which could lead to
poorly thought out reactions to external stimuli. The patient's real-world issues may then
become worse as a result of her incapacity to cope with life's expectations, which can also
increase her anxiety and make it harder for her to react to outside pressures. She has a fear the
worst things will happen as she respond on the item no 5. The client should consult to the
mental health specialist and the primary goal of treatment should be anxiety-reduction
techniques.
