Important information, please read before confirming your Guest parking
reservation! Private parking is possible on site (reservation is needed) and
costs ₱ 500 per day.
* Short-term guests can only access wave pool at additional cost. WiFi is available in the rooms and is free of charge.
Other amenities are exclusive only for long term tenants and
residents.
Aside from Booking.com confirmation, a notarized signed
agreement must be arranged in advance (applicable only for long
term reservation, not needed for 20 days and below reservation).
Guest must contact the property right after the booking has been
made to arrange the necessary requirements accordingly.
Management has the right to refuse the guest if
contract/agreement is not provided in advance. This is strict
requirement from the property management of azure with no
exemption.
Condominium units in Azure Beach Resort Residences are
committed to providing our guests and associates with a smoke-
free environment. We are a complete nonsmoking property, so all
our rooms are nonsmoking rooms. We do provide designated
smoking areas outside the building to accommodate the needs of
guests who smoke. There is a significant room recovery fee of
PHP10, 000 plus damage charge if there is for guests who do not
comply in order to cover the extensive cost of restoring guest
rooms with a smoke-free condition.
For long term reservation 30 nights and above, A damage deposit
of two months equivalent value is required. The property charges
this 14 days before arrival. This will be collected by bank transfer.
You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your
deposit will be refunded in full by bank transfer, subject to an
inspection of the property.
Management rights
The Managements reserves the rights to change any policies, rules
and regulations from time to time. In case of any disputes,
decision of the hotel will be considered final and binding.
Unless you specify otherwise, it is acknowledged that you agree to
proceed with the aforementioned terms and conditions.
Spa and gym facilities at this property are unavailable due to the
coronavirus (COVID-19).
It's not possible to stay at this property for coronavirus (COVID-
19) quarantine purposes.
This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar
parties.

Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon
check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to
availability and additional charges may apply.
Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or
official guardian.
Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property
will contact you after you book to provide instructions.
Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and
returned to the property prior to arrival. If guests don't receive the
agreement on time, they should contact the property management
company at the number on the booking confirmation.
A damage deposit of PHP 5235.65 is required. The property
charges this 14 days before arrival. This will be collected by bank
transfer. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out.
Your deposit will be refunded in full by bank transfer, subject to an
inspection of the property.
