LITERATURE SURVEY

[1]Miss Manisha Tejaswini, Miss Prachi Rani ,Miss Moni , Mr .Oyesh Patel
miss Pranayama Pandey "iot based smart energymeter monitoring and billing
system" IJITEE April 2020 , it will also support in keeping the track of energy
meter billing this system help us to reduce turmoil’s and energy related dissent

[2] Mr. Barman gave, Miss mayuri R. kshirsagar, Mr. Ganesh M. Kale, Mr.
Shubham katangle, Dr. S. B. Deosarkar, Dr. S. L. Nalbalwar "iot based energy
meter with smart monitoring of home appliances" Ieee Apr 2021 , consumers an
interface by Iot platform (thing speak) where they can seen their daily
consumption of energy and also if there is any breach in their supply.

[3]Dr. K.Rasadarai, Dr. D Vinod Kumar, Miss k. Kalanidhi " Smart city billing
system for home through iot" IFERP july 2017 , model is to minimize the queue
at the corporation/electricity board billing counter and to restrict the usage of
electricity automatically if the bill is not paid.

[4]Mr. Mahmoud shaker Nasr, Mr. Ahmed Mohammad merza " electrical
energy billing system on smart meter and GSM" India publication January
2015, design based on the use of energy smart meter to read electrical energy
consume to get an actuated reading then the energy meter reading is said to the
control center in the electricity department based on GSM/SMS Technology the
system in the electricity department receive reading and make processing
operation on them andextract the billing that most be paid by the customer the
system also send the message to the own customer mobile.

[5]Miss kushal M, Mr Manoj G, Miss Yashawini B, "smart electricity billing

system" JETIR June 2022, the proceed system continuously monitors the
amount of power consume and then generate the total electricity bill of that
month the system reduce the manpower where each meter must be read and can
be notified the customer at the correct time which avoid penalty to the customer
[6]Miss amrita chore, Mr. Prasad Mali, Mr. Dinesh, Mr Vijay Kareware " iot
smart electricity meter and billing system" IRJET October 2018 , power tape is
the one of the biggest problem in the India something uses did not pay the bill
on time so the electricity board worker the power supply manually in this case
sometime Corporation do done done by the user or that worker which lead to
the loss of electricity board to avoid all these problem be propose a wireless
system for smart electricity meter and billing system using iot internet of things
reading will be take automatically and user get the notification through message
using GSM/SMS

1 REVIEW ON IMPLEMATION OF SAMART ENGARY METER.

Implementation of Smart Metering based on Internet of Things From the

aspect of saving energy, there is a continuous modification in communication
technology and information in orde to satisfy all customers demand. Today
customers are demanding for accurate energy measurement, timely data and for
good customer services. The best solution is smart grid system with various
communication technologies which can be cost effective and electrical section
to have a bidirectional communication in which information about electrical
energy consumption is shared between consumers as well as by utility for
remote checking. This paper describes the monitoring of energy consumption
with Arduino Uno board and Ethernet using loT (Internet of Things) concept.
This proposed design eliminates human inclusion in the conservation of
electricity. The consumer can receive the information about consumption of
energy by using IP address on their devices. The web client code is uploaded for
checking th client information such as location, content, connection, and
disconnection to the web server. This proposed system gives reliable and
accurate information regarding electrical energy management system (EMS)
through Internet of things (IoT).

2.2 REVIEW ON IOT APPLICATION

Now a day’s Internet of things is hot topic and fast growing field. IoT is a
sort of “universal global neural network” in the cloud which connects various
things. The IoT is intelligently connected devices and systems which comprised
of smart machines interacting and communicating with other machines,
environments, objects and infrastructures and the Radio Frequency
Identification (RFID) and sensor network technologies will rise to meet this
new challenge. In each and every organization to send information about the
people we use e-mails, website and notice boards but in most of countries
internet access is available for transferring information to people via mobile
devices and on systems which is easier, fast and less cost through internet. The
main aim of this paper gives detailed analysis of Internet of things and various
applications in the field of industry, home, retail, medical, agriculture,
automotives and transportation, energy and defence and for new related
technologies in addition to challenges that facing the development of IoT. This
paper helps to researchers who want to do research in the field of Internet of
Things.
