Quantitative research is important for public school teachers, administrators, and supervisors for several reasons:
1) It allows them to systematically study observable phenomena through statistical analysis to understand issues, improve processes, and answer questions.
2) The objective, empirical nature of quantitative research makes it well-suited for assessing student learning through tests and using scores to analyze teaching strategies.
3) As a school principal, quantitative research is critical for appraising performance over time in academic and non-academic areas and implementing effective policies and programs.

The Importance of Quantitative Research to Public School Teachers, School Heads and
Supervisors
People do research to find solutions to the different issues encountered, to
improve ways of the usual processes of doing things or simply to find answers to questions or problems arising each day. Research findings have great effect on the present condition of things. It may change the way we do things or even change some rules or policies implemented.
Quantitative research is the systematic empirical investigation of observable
phenomena via statistical, mathematical or computation techniques. Quantitative research is explaining phenomena by collecting numerical data that are analyzed using mathematical based methods. (Aliaga and Gunderson, 2000). The objective of quantitative research is to develop and employ mathematical model, theories, and hypotheses pertaining to the phenomena. The process of measurement is central to quantitative research because it provides fundamental connection between empirical observation and mathematical expression of quantitative relationships. Quantitative research is often used because of its emphasis on truth rather than discovery and is designed to observe situations or events that affects people.
In my setting as a principal and school administrator, I can say that Quantitative
Research method is a good pick most especially in the implementation of school policies and programs. The importance of quantitative research is critical in the area of assessment of students and lessons, appraisal of my output over a period of time, the overall performance of school performance in the area of academic and non academic or non curriculum activities such as sports and other social activities. These are some of the critical areas where the impact of quantitative research is seen. Quantitative research is a type of research that relies on numerical values. This method is very important in schools knowing that we rely on testing to understand what level of knowledge the learners have acquired or skill obtained through numerical values. Some of these tests are the NAT, IQ Test of NCAE.
Quantitative research is more reliable when it comes to assessing students’
learning because it obtains data on the scores and these scores will be carefully analyzed and presented to obtain the most applicable strategies and techniques to be employed in the teaching-learning process. . This type of research can help us to generalize findings on a certain problem easier.
As a school administrator, using quantitative research helps me to analyze complex
problems that are encountered by my teachers and learners through the statistical data gathered and so it would be easier to point where the problem is coming from. In conclusion,
