 The posts reserved for the Backward category candidates will be filled in by the same category
candidates (Domicile of State of Maharashtra) belonging to that particular category only.
 Reservation for women will be as per University Circular No. BCC/16/74/1998 dated 10th March,
1998. 4% reservation shall be for persons with disability as per University Circular No. Special
Cell/ICC/2019-20/05 dated 05th July, 2019.
 Candidates having knowledge of Marathi will be preferred.
 The Educational Qualification, Experience & pay-scale for the post of Professor, Associate
Professor & Assistant Professor are as prescribed by the University of Mumbai, AICTE & DTE
from time to time.
