Job interview questions

1. Tell me about yourself.


Answer 1 – Need to tell your Introduction.
2. Walk me through your resume.
Answer 2 – You need to describe your resume section wise for example –
Sure Sir/Ma’am, let me walk you through my resume. The first three sections
include my complete name and the native place followed by my work experience,
summer internship and later my educational qualifications.
The later part of my resume helps you to know my interests, hobbies,
extracurricular activities, awards and my accomplishment. As we all have our
strengths and weaknesses you will come across the one I have and I strive to
strengthen my strengths and overcome my weaknesses.
I believe, this walkthrough of my resume will help you to know about my
personality and trades.
3. How did you hear about this position?
Answer 3 –
If the company regularly visits us for “Campus Placement” –
I heard the name from our seniors when they were recruited by your esteemed
organization. The good experience they have and the praise for your company by
our faculty and Placement Coordinators always makes me to work hard every day
with a dream to be a part of this organization someday and here I am, sitting to
qualify for the same.
If the company is new –
I heard about your esteemed organization through our placement coordinators
and when I researched over the internet I not only came to know how diversified
your organization is but the work ethics are one of the best in the industry. I,
immediately enrolled my name for the interview with a strong belief to clear the
interview and start my carrier with such a promising organization.
4. Why do you want to work at this company?
Answer 4 – As a fresher, it would be a wonderful opportunity to start my career
with a reputed company like yours. So that, I can enhance my skills and can
deliver the best output. I would like to give 100 percent effort to the growth and
development of the organization/company.

amazing in this field. I am very curious to work in that kind of environment and I
can enhance my skills and knowledge.

Answer 5 – I have good knowledge in the digital marketing field though I'm a
fresher I am good at communication skills, listening skills, and understanding and I
have the capability to learn quickly and want to prove myself to the best of my
knowledge in your company to the post you called for.

Also will not hesitate to work alone if given. Learning new things is my hobby. If
