Insurance- Claim procedure in General Insurance- GIC-Functions- Reinsurance.

UNIT-IV (9 Hours)
Fire Insurance- Principles of Fire Insurance Contract-Types of Fire Policy- Marine
Insurance-Law relating to Marine Insurance- Types of Policy.

UNIT-V (9 Hours)
Motor Insurance- Nature, Disclosure, Terms, and Conditions Claims and Recovery. Third
