1 Introduction
The purpose of this document is to define the software requirements for a
practical website. This website will be developed to provide users with a
platform to manage Blood donation activities. This document outlines the
functional and non-functional requirements for the website.

2 Functional Requirements
2.1 User Management
• The website shall provide a registration form for new users to create
an account.

• The website shall allow users to log in with their email and password.

• The website shall provide a forgot password option to recover a lost


password.

• The website shall allow users to edit their profile information.

• The website shall allow users to delete their account.

2.2 Admin Interface


• The website shall provide an admin interface to manage the blood
requirements.

2.3 User Interface


• The website shall provide a user interface that displays the current
blood requirements depending on the criteria.

• The website shall allow users to review the requirement and respond
to it.

3 Non-Functional Requirements
3.1 Usability

• The website shall have a consistent design and layout throughout.

3.2 Performance
• The website shall load quickly and respond to user actions promptly.

• The website shall handle a large number of users and courses simulta-
neously.

• The website shall be available 24/7 with minimal downtime.

3.3 Security
• The website shall use HTTPS protocol to ensure secure data transmis-
sion.

• The website shall store user data securely and protect it from unau-
thorized access.

4 Conclusion
This Software Requirement Specification document outlines the functional
and non-functional requirements for a practical website. It provides a clear
understanding of the website’s features and functionality, which will guide
