    Duties
    ∙ Managing a patient’s health care plan according to the physician’s instructions.

    ∙ Bathing and grooming the patients daily.

    ∙ Taking vital signs and recording them.


    ∙ Administering and maintaining a record of all prescribed medication.

    ∙ Dressing wounds and accessing progress of healing.

    ∙ Providing qualitative care as needed to keep the patient comfortable.

    Duties

    ∙ Coordinating with physicians and other healthcare professionals for creating and
    evaluating customized care plans.
    ∙ Maintaining reports of patients’ medical histories, and monitoring changes in their
    condition.
    ∙ Carrying out the requisite treatments and medications.

    ∙ Conducting patient’s physical examinations, this may involve taking of vital signs.

    ∙ Maintaining hygienic and safe working environment in compliance with the healthcare
    procedures.
    ∙ Providing basic bedside care such as helping patients bathe, offering patients emotional
    support, administering medications.
    ∙ Educating patients about how to manage an illness such as explaining medications the
    patient needs to take, when to schedule a follow-up.
