inspirational leader, I believe the role of Director for your company is one I will excel in. The
competencies and skills I possess include the ability to create a solid vision that everyone understands
and adheres to, an ability to get the most out of everyone, the desire to create long-term relationships
with stakeholders and important clients, and also the understanding that I need to perform
consistently to a very high standard to ensure your organization grows, thrives and that it also meets
its financial targets. I am a passionate and results-driven person who wants to become a Director for
your company because I want to be the person who is responsible for achieving success. My work is
very important to me, and having researched your company in detail, I feel the skills, qualities and
competencies I possess are a perfect match or the position.“
“First and foremost, I do not underestimate the challenge that lies ahead. However, I believe the way
to succeed in the position of Director is based on three core elements. The first element is ensuring you
have a clear vision of where you need to be, how you intend to get there and by what timeframe.
Having a vision that is based on clarity and action will always get you where you need to be. The second
element is being a strong and decisive decision-maker who is not afraid to make difficult and
sometimes unpopular decisions that are entirely focused on benefitting the organization. Decisions are
not about individuals, but they about your business and where we all want to be. Finally, you need to be
an inspirational leader who motivates everyone within the organization to drive fearlessly towards the
company objectives. I will ensure all of those three elements are at the core of everything we do, and
that is why I believe I will succeed in this role as your Director.”
Setting high standards, I must set the bar high when I start and show my team that I only accept the
highest standars possible . This is, effectively, leading by example.
Recognition, is all about giving my staff the opportunity to thrive in their role. When they achieve
something of significance I must recognize it dan reward them. If staff feel valued and recognized,
they will work effectively for us.
Consistent at all times. All staff must be treated consistently and fairly. I believe if we do those thing
we will able built positive relationship with your staff
4. Are you risk taker?
Yes, with but. Before take any type of risk I wll conduct a thorough risk assessment to ensure I m not
putting the organization under undue stress, or taking a risk that could have potentially extreme and
negative consequences for my company and employer
I would utilize risk assessment process that weighed up risk vs the benefits, the possibilities thing goes
wrong, and what effect for the organization. Any risk I take would be base on assessment of fact
available to me and my team, the reputation of my employer and organization would always be first.
5. What are your longterm goal and how do you plan to achieve them
My longterm goal are to stay in your organization in te position I being interviewed today. For me this
is the pinnacle, and I enthusiastic and driven. I want to focus on achievingyour organization objectives
and bringing long term success to the company.
I would achieve this by building a strong, and driven team around me, who all focused intently on
organizational aim and objectives. I would also build a strong culture within the organization that
encourages innovation and recognizes hard work and professionalism.I plan to work for you for many
years and would look forward to building a long lasting strategic vision for the organization.
Company culture is really important for me and vital in assisting Director to achieve the organization
objectives. If you have strong and positive culture within your organization not only your staff be
more productive and happy with their roles, but you will also encourages innovation, invention, and
inclusiveness.
If I am successful today in interview, I will spend 4-8 weeks to assessing and monitoring the current
culture before deciding on and implement any necessary changes. This approach will allow me to
develop and maintain a strong and positive culture so we can all successfully achieve the organization
objectives
qualities and attributes are required to make a good and successful leader, the most important is
understanding the impact your action and performance. Take the responsibility for everything that
happens within the company, have to be great communicator; have to inspire ,motivate and lead your
team toward company objectives
Being able to visualize your goals and work intensely to achieve them., recognize the quality of your
staff, and give them opportunity to thrive within their roles; adaptable to change all times when
needed to make us and a company to grow.
8. What are you values as a company leader
Honesty and integrity in everything I do.if a company leader cannot do this the staff cannot be
expected to do the same
Creative and innovatives encourage staff to creative for new ideas that will benefit the organization
Commitment to Customerwithout consumer there is no business and they are our core to everything
we do
Because you have a consistent track record of achievement, have great management team running, I
also like you are looking for improve and innovative. This place I feel I will be constantly pushed and
challenged and where I will be happy in my work
I have exposure in marketing and selling field, proactive and adaptable; experience working at pace
and managing a large workload, also experience in planning and organizing my work. So it is always
completed on time.
