    I, FERDINAND DE CASTRO CAPALARAN, of legal age, Filipino, single, and a


    resident of 20 Guijo Street, Project 3, Quezon City, having been duly sworn in
    accordance with law, hereby depose and state THAT:

    1. I have been estranged from my sister, CHERRY DE CASTRO CAPALARAN,


    since the year 2020;

    2. I have not communicated with, nor have I seen my sister, CHERRY DE CASTRO
    CAPALARAN, personally or through any other means, since the year 2020;

    3. That I am executing this affidavit to attest to the veracity of the foregoing


    facts, and for whatever legal purpose this may serve.
