JOB ROLE: Operation and Maintenance of following equipment’s. ✓ 33KV/11KV out door substation and 11KV /440V Indoor and outdoor substation as for operation and maintenance. ✓ Transformer testing. ✓ DG 11KV Maintenance and operation. ✓ Compressor operation and maintenance. ✓ UPS and battery maintenance. ✓ Motor and pump maintenance. ✓ Earth pit testing. ✓ Observation and recording essential parameters. ✓ APFC panel maintenance. ✓ Control circuit diagram route cross problem. ✓ Carry out routine and preventive maintenance for all power transformers and distribution transformer upto 2.5MVA to 10MVA which includes repairing oil leakage by replacement of damage parts oil topping, replacement of silica gel, checked in IR value of transformer winding and checking load current in each phase and balancing the same. ✓ Welding machine, grinding machine, crane machine maintenance. ✓ WTP, ETP related VFD Drives maintenance and Troubleshoot.
