Eligible candidates must have graduated on or after January 2021, be aged 25 years or younger, and have secured minimum 60% marks for general candidates and 50% for SC/ST candidates. Selected candidates will receive a monthly stipend of Rs. 17,500 and undergo a written test selection process.

Bharat Electronics Limited is a Navaratna and India’s premier professional electronics,
multi-unit, multi-product, Public sector Company under The Ministry of Defence, Govt.
of India. BEL, Bengaluru complex is engaging Engineering Graduates to undergo
Apprenticeship Training for a period of ONE YEAR under National Apprenticeship
Training Scheme (NATS) through Board of Apprenticeship Training (BoAT), Southern
Region in the following graduation streams:

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:
1. Candidate’s domicile must be from Southern Region (Karnataka, Tamil
Nadu, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Kerala & Pondicherry) only.
2. Candidates should possess a Graduation from a recognized Board/University on
or after 01-01-2021.
3. Candidate’s upper age limit is 25 years. Relaxation of 5 years for SC & ST
candidates. Relaxation of 3 years for OBC candidates and 10 years for Persons
with disabilities.
4. Minimum Percentage in Graduation for General & OBC candidates should be
60% & above. For SC/ST candidates minimum Percentage in Graduation should
be 50% & above.
5. Candidates who have undergone or undergoing Apprenticeship Training under
NATS or NAPS in any other establishment/organization are not eligible.
6. Candidates who have acquired or pursuing higher qualifications are not eligible.

SELECTION PROCESS:
1. Selection is purely on the basis of merit of the marks secured in the written test.
2. Statutory Reservation will be as per Government norms.

INFORMATION TO CANDIDATES:

1. Monthly stipend will be Rs.17,500/-

2. Canteen facility & Transport facility will be provided on chargeable basis.


3. No Accommodation facility will be provided.
4. No TA/DA will be paid to candidates appearing for selection process.
5. Candidates must bring the following documents in ORIGINAL along with 1 set
of Xerox copy while appearing for the walk-in selection:
a) SSLC/ 10TH Marks card
b) Graduation Degree Certificate OR Provisional Degree Certificate
(Study Certificate will NOT be accepted)
c) Aadhar Card
d) Caste Certificate for SC/ST/OBC Candidates
6. Suppression of facts & furnishing false information will lead to
disqualification/Rejection of candidature. Canvassing in any form will result in
disqualification.
