3.) Sinabbaran Road, Brgy. Sinabbaran, Echague, Isabela

4.) On June 6, 2023 around 8:40 AM, Riz Mar Aguilar, 21 years old, male, single, a
resident of Purok 4, Barangay San Fabian. Driver of MIO I 125 with plate no. 130304
license no. FO1-03-137231 to expire on 2024-06-02 (Victim/Driver). Mark Frederick
Gagarin, 19 years old, male, single, a resident of Sitio Turod, Barangay Silauan Norte,
Echague, Isabela. Driver of MIO SPORTY with plate no. 0201-0598157 license no.
FO1-04-113489 to expire 2026-01-01 (Suspect/Driver). Engel Fernandez, 19 , Ma.
Cristina Calautit, 19, Sophia Julien Calimag, 20, Loraine Joy Pavo, 20, all female and
are students of Isabela States University- Main Campus, Echague, Isabela
(Witnesses).

5.) This pertain on the report received by the station from the concern citizens informing
that vehicular accident transpired at the above aforementioned place. Immediately
personnel of this station led by PEMS John Faivewin Diego and two PNCO
responded at the area of incident to verify the veracity of the report and conduct
investigation. Investigation disclosed that one MIO SPORTY motorcycle was
traveling from Cauayan City, while said MIO I 125 motorcycle was traveling on
opposite direction and upon reaching at the said place of incident, MIO I 125 made a
left turn and unfortunately, he was bumped by the approaching motorcycle avoiding
the bumpy side of the road, not anticipating the MIO SPORTY on the other side of
the lane causing both drivers fell on the ground and suffered slight injuries and was
immediately brought to Echague District Hospital.

6.) Echague Police Station is open for further information.
