JD_PHP FullStack Developer

We are a European ecommerce & tech company specialized in aftermarket


automotive sector looking for highly skilled web developer, who has the skills and the
high energy to boost our development team which is already providing millisecond
results over complex queries to 70M lines long database. You are familiar or willing
to work in cloud environment, both in frontend and backend programming. Our
architecture consists of several services running in containerized environment.
As a full stack developer, you are responsible for developing and designing frontend
and backend applications and its architectures, ensuring the responsiveness of
applications and great user experience. You will be working alongside other team
members, such lead developer, program manager and graphic designer on a daily
basis.

Additionally, you will also be required to see out a development project from
conception to final product, requiring good organizational skills and attention to
detail.
Responsibilities
- Developing front and back end website architecture.
- Implementing user interactions on web pages (reactive).

- Developing back-end website applications.


- Utilize open-source solutions to provide integration with existing services/apps

- Creating servers and databases for functionality.


- Ensuring responsiveness of applications as well developing PWAs

- Working alongside graphic designers in charge for UX/UI for web design features.
- Seeing through a project from conception to finished product.

- Designing and developing APIs, use existing API schemes such GraphQL for
standardized data exchanges
- Meeting both technical and client needs.
- Establish and document test cases, conduct tests and ensure elimination of identified
shortcomings. Use automated test software schemes in our DevOps environment
- Provide third level support.

- Ensure documentation of the developed products.


- Staying abreast of developments in web applications and programming languages, in
particular JavaScript (JS).
Requirements
- Preferably a degree in computer science (B.Sc. or M.Sc.).
- At least 3 years of experience as a full

- stack web developer (evidence must be provided).


- Experience with eCommerce PWA

- Proficiency with PHP programming language with Lavarel and Symfony frameworks.
- Proficiency with fundamental frontend languages such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript
and jQuery.
- Familiarity with the frontend JavaScript frameworks with focus on Vue.js.

- Familiarity with database technology such as MySQL (mainly), Oracle/PostgreSQL,


and MongoDB.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Good problem-solving skills.

- Good English language skills (written and orally).


- Strong organizational and project management skills.
