ü In case, False Information on (Fake Age) is conveyed to the Company by the customers, The Company
possesses full right to extract the fair amount from the customers without any objection from external

ü Similar Hotels will be provided in case selected hotel is Sold Out/Closed or unavailable due to service
factors.
Christmas & New Year Gala Dinner charges will be as per the Hotel Policies. Rates may fluctuate during festive

DETAILED ITINERARY:

Based on your guidelines our suggested itinerary is as:

Day: 1 (25th June. 2023) Chandigarh - Shimla (120 Kms/ 3-4 hrs)
Meals: Dinner Only

On arrival at Chandigarh Airport / Railway Station our driver will pick up you and Move towards Shimla.
On the way visit pinjor garden. Evening time Reach Shimla and check in to the hotel inner and overnight
stay at hotel.

Day: 2 (26th June. 2023) Shimla Local Sightseeing– Kufri Sightseeing ***
Meals: Breakfast and Dinner
Morning After Breakfast Proceed to Shimla Local Sightseeing :-
Local Sightseeing.
The Ridge: The Ridge road is a large open space, located in the center of Shimla, the capital city of
Himachal Pradesh, India. The Ridge is the hub of all cultural activities of Shimla. It is situated along the
Mall Road, which is the famous shopping center of Shimla
Mall Road:-Mall Road is the main street in Shimla, the capital city of Himachal Pradesh, India.
Constructed during British colonial rule, the Mall road is located a level below the ridge.

 Jhakhu Temple: - Jhakhu Temple is an ancient temple in Shimla, dedicated to the Hindu deity Hanuman.
It is situated on J Jhakhu Hill, Shimla's highest peak, 2.5 km east of the Ridge at a height of 2,455 m above
sea level. Each year, a festival is held on Dussehra. (Short Trek if Interested)

 Scandal Point:-Scandal point is where the Mall road joins Ridge road on the west side. The name arose
from the commotion caused by the supposed elopement.

 Gaiety Theatre: - Gaiety Theater is a famous landmark of Shimla. Nestled between the Mall road and
Ridge, this building has been a major cultural centre of.
 Christ Church:-Christ church is Shimla is the second oldest church in the entire northern India and is a
site of pure devotion as well as architectural beauty.

 Lakkar Bazar: Lakkar Bazaar is a marketplace adjoining the Ridge in Shimla, India. Shops offer wooden
articles targeted mainly at tourists. There is also a roller skating rink in Lakkar Bazaar.

Day: 3 (27th June. 2023) Shimla – Manali {Enroute Place} (250kms/8-9hrs)

Meals: Breakfast & Dinner
After breakfast checkout from the hotel and Drive to Manali. Enroots visit
sunder Nagar lake,
Pandoh Dam Lake,
Rafting point Beas view, mountains view, Kullu valley.
Sunder Nagar Lake:-Sunder Nagar is located in Mandi district. The waters of Beas and Sutlej River given it
a man-made lake. And arrival Shimla & check in to the hotel, Dinner and overnight stay in the
Hotel.
Pandoh dam:-The Pandoh Dam is an embankment dam on the Beas River in Mandi district
of Himachal Pradesh, India. Under the Beas Project, the dam was completed in 1977 and its primary
purpose is hydroelectric power generation.
Evening time reach Manali check in the hotel after fresh up have dinner and overnight stay at the hotel.

Day: 4 (28th June. 2023) Manali - Local Sightseeing:-

Meals: Breakfast and Dinner

After breakfast Proceed to cover Manali local sightseeing-: This includes famous and oldest Hadimba Devi
Temple, Natural Vashisht Hot Sculpture spring [known for medicinal use], Club House, Tibetan Monastery,
and Van Vihar & Mall Road. Back to the hotel, dinner and rest overnight in leisure.
Mall Road: - Mall Road is a main street of Manali.
Visiting Hadimba Temple:-dedicated to Goddess Hadimba, is one of the best places to visit in Manali. It’s
located amid a beautiful Deodar forest on top of a hill. The 450 years old Hadimba Devi Temple, the oldest
temple in Manali,
Vashisht Temple:- located in Vashisht village near Manali, is famous for sulphurous hot water springs,
whose water is believed to have great healing powers.,
Club House:-Elevated recreational canter featuring a restaurant, indoor games & outdoor activities for all
ages.
Van Vihar: The Manali Sanctuary is a wildlife sanctuary in Himachal Pradesh in northern India. The
sanctuary starts about 2 km from Manali. It is the catchment of Manalsu khad. A path from Manali log huts
and Dhungri temple passes through dense Deodar, Kail, Horse chestnut, Walnut and Maple forests. Musk
deer, Monal and Brown bear, Leopard and leopard are some of the common animals seen here. Herds
of Ibex are seen migrating in the glacier zone in summers. The area of the sanctuary is about 31.8 square
kilometers. The following area was declared as a sanctuary on 26 February 1954, under the Punjab Birds
and Wild Animals Protection Act of 1933.
And Tibetan Monastery:-monasteries serve not only as a place of worship but also as guardians of the
rich culture and history of the Tibetan people settled in Kullu and Manali. & come back to hotel Dinner and
overnight stay at hotel.

Day: 5 (29th June. 2023) Manali -Solang Valley Sightseeing:-

Meals: Breakfast & Dinner
After breakfast Proceed to Solang Valley: (Adventure Place, Picnic Spot). It affords a wide panoramic
view of the mountains. Here one sees the majesty of the mountains at its height and splendor. At the top of
the pass the air seems to glitter against the snow as you look down over herringboned ridges into
the Solang valley.

Atal Tunnel ( Cost Extra)is a highway tunnel built under the Rohtang Pass in the eastern Pir Panjal range
of the Himalayas on the Leh-Manali Highway in Himachal Pradesh, India. At a length of 9.02 km, it is the
longest tunnel above 10,000 feet in the world and is named after former Prime Minister of India, Atal
Bihari Vajpayee
Rohtang Pass / Atal Tunnel: -( Cost Extra) {It’s Your Own Cost} Rohtang Pass in the itinerary is
excluded because NGT has restricted the number of vehicles to this place and, it entirely depends upon the
permission on a particular day. The client can take the local Union Transport vehicles and visit Rohtang.
Generally Rohtang will be closed by November 1st Week, and it entirely depends upon the Weather
conditions the guest has to get the tickets from any travel agent from Mall Road. Dinner and overnight stay
at the hotel.
Day: 6 (30th June . 2023) Manali – Delhi (560 kms /10-12 Hrs)
Meals: Breakfast Only
After breakfast check out from the Hotel and drive for Delhi. On arrival our assisted driver will drop
you
at the Delhi. Railway Station or Airport. Back to home by your own while recalling all the memorable
moments of your exotic trip…

ADVANCE BOOKING POLICY:
ü 50 % of the total package cost must be deposited as an advance in our company’s account to confirm the package.
ü We can also accept the booking at 25 % of total package cost as a token amount if you confirm the
desired package before 15 days of your travel date.
ü Please note that the advance 25% of the payment will be considered as token amount only & will be non refundable.
Rest of the 25 % must be cleared before 7 days of Travel Date. Failure in doing so will lead to cancellation of your tour.
ü Remaining 50 % of the package cost will be collected on arrival.
ü Customers must carry the issued confirmation letter on their trip as it contains important information like confirmed
hotel, Cab Details and Service Contact Numbers.

ü All the sightseeing and package depends to subject on weather condition.
ü We may reschedule the sightseeing days due to closing of any monument & subject to weather conditions during that
particular day as to ensure smooth execution of tours.

ü We shall not be responsible for any cancellation of cabs or buses due to bad weather or Breakdown & are not liable for
any refund for it.

ü Hotels in Himachal are categorized on the basis of location, Services and costing and not as per Star Categorization i.e. 1*,
2*, 3* and so on.

ü Though Himachal have been witnessing a huge tourist growth but the facilities of Hotel, Services, Aids etc

Available here cannot be matched to those available in the Cities and other developed destinations.

ü For early check in and late checkout payments is to be settled directly by the guest at the hotel. • Check in and checkout
time of most of the hotels is 12PM to 11AMand number of meals including breakfast is always corresponding to the No. of
nights booked by the guest. The hotel does not provide breakfast on the day of arrival.

ü Base category rooms will be booked in hotels until and unless specified in the quotation. In case the rooms are not
available in selected hotels, rooms shall be booked in similar hotel or higher category rooms where you have to pay the
difference and Similar Hotels will be provided in case the selected hotel is Sold Out/Closed or unavailable due to service
factors.

ü Meals Timing must be followed as per the instructed time of the hotels. For any un-availed meals we shall not be
responsible.

ü We are not responsible for Any changes in plan or loss of property or life due to conditions unforeseen like Flood,
Earthquake, Political , social Disturbance, etc)

ü We are not responsible for any unused accommodation, missed meals, transportation segments, sightseeing tours or any
other service due to Bad weather/road close/Riots/Slides/Earthquakes, ill health, Strike, Road Blocks or any other factor
beyond our Control. Such unused items are neither refundable nor exchangeable. No discount will be provided after

ü Transportation is not on disposal basis, it is strictly as per the programme, any extra running will be charged extra. Cab
dropping time would be till 11:50 pm. After that it will be charged extra.

ü Rates may vary with increase and decrease in number of persons .

ü Extra cost would be applicable for any unforeseen Miss-happening.

ü Package The above package can be customized as per the customer’s Requirement.

ü All disputes will be settled in Kullu jurisdiction.

PREPONE AND POSTPONE:

ü For postpone/Prepone of tour packages are to be communicated in written and need to be informed at least 10 days
prior of tour date. INR 3000/- will be charged extra for Prepone/postpone.

AMENDMENTS / CANCELLATIONS
ü If the Client is willing to amend or cancel his/her booking because of whatsoever reasons including death, accident,
illness, or any other personal reasons including Non-payment of the balance payment, the Company is liable to recover
Cancellation Charges from the Client.
ü All cancellations are to be communicated in written and advance amount is non refundable.
ü The Company possesses full right to Change the Package Costing due to Increment in Tariff & Taxes of Hotels,
transportation or any other services.
ü Thank you for going through the above details, hope you find everything in order.

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY:

ü 30 days prior to departure of the tour, advance amount is non refundable, advance will be charged.
ü 30 days to 15 days prior to departure of the tour 50% of total tour cost.
ü 14 days to 07 days prior to departure of the tour 75% of total tour cost.
ü 07 days to 01 days prior to departure of the tour 100% of total tour cost.
ü There will be no refund for NO SHOWS.
