FILM MAKING WORKSHOP FOR TEACHERS

1. To enhance the technical skills in producing quality films and ability

to organize the visual arts necessary to communicate concepts and
experiences of students and teachers across various media. SDO Camarines
Sur in coordination with Naga College Foundation is conducting a Film
Making Workshop entitled “SINEMANLILIKHA” on September 21-25, 2022 at
Naga College Foundation, Naga City.

2. The participants in this workshop are 15 members of the production

team for each congressional District (please see attached list of participants).
Likewise students from the implementing schools of Special Program in the
Arts (SPA) are encouraged to attend the workshop in preparation for the
National Festival of Talent Competition. The output in this activity are short
films ready for viewing in the large screen.

3. Since September 24 and 25, 2022 falls on a Saturday and Sunday,

participants are entitled for a Compensatory Overtime Credits (COC)/service
credits per DBM Joint Circular Memorandum no. 2 s. 2004.

4. This memorandum also serves as Travel Authority.

5. Food, accommodation, and travel expenses of the participants shall be

charged to School MOOE, subject to the usual accounting and auditing
rules and regulations.

6. Widest dissemination of this Memorandum is earnestly desired.
